| "Soarnol®" is used
in many products that are an indispensable part
of our daily lives. For almost 30 years, since 1974,
"Soarnol®" has been used as a middle
layer in mayonnaise bottles. By shutting out the
oxygen that is a major factor in mayonnaise quality
deterioration, "Soarnol®" enabled
a dramatic increase in the shelf life of mayonnaise.
In addition, the dependable processability of "Soarnol®"
makes it suitable for bottle manufacture. "Soarnol®"'s
unique melt tension, not possessed by conventional
EVOH, prevents layer breakage. In addition, its
excellent heat resistance helps keep burnt deposits
and the like to the absolute minimum, eliminating
losses even during long-term manufacturing and enabling
stable bottle formation. In its quest to further
improve the flavor of bottle contents, Nippon Gohsei
hopes to continue to be a familiar presence in people's
lives. |
